At Wine and Beyond, we strive for excellence in every bottle and bite; however, if your order does not meet our quality standards, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and non-perishable items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our quality control experts will review your request to ensure it complies with local alcohol transportation and food safety regulations.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Once approved, securely pack the unopened goods in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our cellar.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned products, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
